Any Airlines With Converted Combi 744s?

I was wondering if any airlines have 744s that have been full pax planes, then added the cargo door and converted into a Combi. is it even possible?

On the other hand, LH and AF have converted 744M's into 744pax' planes. Not sure if they still have the Cargo door, but they are configured for full pax configs...

I could be wrong but when SAS operated the 747s, their 747s are combis. The airline that I can think of that operates the 747 combis are KLM Asia with 747-400, am I correct? And Eva Air 747-400.

yes it can, and it works vice versa too.

I dont think LH's ex Combi's still have the cargo door.

EVA Air originally ordered all pax 744s when they started in 1989, but soon they found out that the pax numbers are not as high as they thought, so they converted all but 5 of their 744s into 74Es (747-400 combi)

Possible, but since there's the 777-200ER/777-300ER that has similar range to the 744ER, I doubted that there'll be 744ER Combi.
