Commutair? At Isp?

I was looking at a web site called flightarrivals.com. On the site I was looking at the departures for ISP, one of the departures was to ALB on Commutair flight # 2428. Has anyone here ever heard of Commutair? I don't think I ever heard of them before.

Here is the link of the departures at ISP where I seen the Commutair flight (click on the link, then click the "go" button)

I think it is part of Continental Connection. They fly Beech 1900Ds in Full CO colors. I may be wrong though

Commutiar is a Continental Connection carrier. They were formerly part of USAirways Express. They fly a fleet of Beech 1900s (as previously mentionted) throughout the northeast, with a nicesized operation in Albany, NY

I was thinking Commutair was a new start up carrier at ISP or something like that.
