What did I see off DSM at about 3:25pm today local (CDT) time. It was a widebody twin. It had a blueish tail and a mostly white body with multicolored wavy banners on it. I couldn't get a great look at it because of the angle of the sun. My curiosity is killing me. I almost crashed my transit bus while looking at it trying to ID it.

Any help?
