If u could change a particular airlines fleet say 777 to 340 or 737 to 320 what ever fleet changes you would like to make and also would you have them serve diffrent airports and city pair's ? Anything else that might be relevent as well.

As for route changes, I'd expand service to Osaka/Kansai and bring back the Seattle-Osaka flight as a 777. I'd bring back mainline service to my hometown, Wichita with B717s.
Also, I would improve the mediocre service. Especially on long flights to Asia where they have to compete with much better Asian service. PTVs, better food, better seats, better premium class, more legroom in coach perhaps. Keep the good reliability. Perhaps think about remodeling some of MEM.

As someone who has frequently traveled through MEM, I concur wholeheartedly. As much as it represents home and where I grew up, Memphis has to be one of the most depressing airports for its size through which I have traveled.
