British Airways, In Trouble With The US Again!

Radio 4 "Today" program (2/28) reported that BA and Lufthansa are in talks to allow them priority approaches to UK airports. They will pay a premium for this service, and the improvements in puntuality would give them a business advantage over their lower-cost rivals as well as other airlines entering UK airports. What is going on here?
