Not likely given US laws regarding foreign ownership.. The fact that several of FF (Tower Air) planes have been repossessed and employees are running fast... This one is done boys...

I think that Arkia wants some larger aircraft in there fleets. If they do buy Tower Air with EL AL than they will probley use the aircraft 50-50.. Arkia will than probley have 747 aircraft in there fleet. And EL AL will add more aircraft to there Cargo and Passenger lines.
