The school in Minnesota is the quickest way in. You will need a two-year degree to get in there. But if you pass, you are hired by the FAA. In the last 6 months Salt Lake Center has picked up 15 students from there.

The other way is the military, which is what I did. However, I was lucky enough to have a ATC National Guard unit in my state and I don't have to give them the full on military commitment.
