You have not defined at what point in time "past" ends, but for the sake of this post I assume that past lies between the initial service of the A300 and 2001.
Here in DUS we had:
LH A3B, 306
Onur Air A3B
Holiday Airlines A3B
Air Alfa A3B, 306
Tunis Air A3B, 306
Egypt Air A3B, 306
Sultan Air A3B
Air Ops A3B
"Today", i.e. 2002:
Onur Air A3B
Air Alfa 306
Tunis Air 306
Mahan Air A3B
Egypt Air 306

Fed Ex - replaced by DC-10/MD-10
Possibility of Fed Ex reintroducing A300 to replace 727 flights, UPS replacing 763 flight...

Currently, FedEx A300-600F's, and Tradewinds and Express.net freighter conversions of A300B4's.

At SFO, CO used to fly the A300B4 to that airport from IAH until they were retired in 1995.
I believe that cargo-configuration A300B's still fly in and out of OAK.

Guyana does not operate the A306 anymore. And is'nt Air Afrique gone, along with Ladeco (Bought by LanChile?)
Northeastern I believe also operated A300B4's.
MNG Cargo of Turkey also operates A300BF's.

Guyana Airways is long gone and reincarnated as Guyana Air 2000 operated an A300 (later switched to the 757) between Goergetown and JFK(they alsod flew to YYZ and MIA) but they went bust.
Ladeco (now Lan Express) didnt fly A300's into JFK, Carnival painted an A300 in Ladeco colors and Ladeco would put its pax on the MIA-JFK Carnival flight.
Air Afrique- they are gone with the wind, so you wont be seeing an Air Afrique A300 in JFK
APA also went bust
In San Juan airlines that in the past have operated the A300
-Pan Am 1
-Pan Am 2
I might be missing some but these are just out of the top of my head.
