I once drove from JFK to LGA, via the Van Wick Expressway on a Saturday morning, parking lot to parking lot in only 20 minutes.

If you look over here at Europe, London Heathrow, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Frankfurt-Main, Amsterdam Schiphol and Brussels-National are almost packed together.

ICN and GMP are a bit further apart from each other than 2 miles. But it's very near anyway, take about 20 miles.

All of them have over 2M pax per year (all except NTR, but I had to include it... it is my homebase city)
