Don't know how many people would relate 'BARFBAG' passing them by to a person who has any interest in aviation. Aviator sounds nice.

Also, I don't know too much about rural Indiana, but if your profile is correct - you can get a car and custom plates between the ages of 5 and 15? (Obviously I'm guessing you're at the upper end of that spectrum).

Out of curiosity - is this the Pendleton between Indianapolis and Muncie near I-69?

My Virginia license plate number is L-1011. It used to be A300-B4, but after several years I changed it because people thought it referred to a bowling score. I was going to get MD-88, but then I figured some people would think the MD referred to the state of Maryland. And then I considered DC-7B, but people would think the DC referred to the nation's capital. So I settled on L-1011, and that's what's been for about three years.

Heheh. I am pretty sure that when I get my next car, I will get the license plates "TY-144" which is TU-144 spelled with a Cyrillic U.   I figure the way I drive, it's perfectly justifiable to have a supersonic aircraft type for my license plate #.

Of course, personalised plates are a matter of choice. It's a good idea to choose something you really like, because it isn't a simple thing to change it out later. Good luck!

Hi ATA757,
How about IFLYHI or HIIFLY or FLYHIGH. (A play on words)
There was a F/A in Toronto had FLY747. This was years ago, and it was rumored that Boeing wanted to buy the rights from her, but she would'nt sell. Also I see daily in our Apt. garage a guy has FLYBOY. I think he is also a F/A
Good luck in your choice, and why not let us know when you get your plates what you chose. Peter

UAL-74L

Neat eh? I don't know whether to make something of it that I saw it in the car park frequented by spotters at Sydney Airport, what do you think?

Best Regards

Bradley
