TWA SFO Military Charters In The 70s

My family flew from Kadena AB, Okinawa to San Francisco in May 1971 aboard a TWA 707. It was a military charter flight and I was wondering where would we have parked at SFO. Since it was a TWA charter flight would we have gone to the TWA concourse or was there a specific area for charter aircraft at SFO. I remember slides my father took at the time we deplaned the aircraft and no jetway was used, we got to leave the aircraft via airstairs! Any knowledge of TWA's SFO ops at this time would be appreciated.
