Virgin's A340-600's G-VMEG and G-VSHY will be used for the first time on Far East services during the coming week. Current plans are as follows, subject to change of course:
15 Oct VS200 LHR-HKG
16 Oct VS201 HKG-LHR
17 Oct VS200 LHR-HKG
18 Oct VS201 HKG-LHR
19 Oct VS250 LHR-PVG (Shanghai)
20 Oct VS251 PVG-LHR
21 Oct VS900 LHR-NRT
22 Oct VS901 NRT-LHR
From 21 Oct the VS900/1 service will be operated by 346 daily except Wed which will be a 343.

Virgin Atlantic has no service between LHR and BKK? I doubt that since British Airways does that route with their 744s. I'm sure that they must have a service between LHR and BKK since BKK is a fairly important hub in Southeast Asia besides the other cities.

I think our bet has been resolved . I believe it was I talked with about CX starting to use A346 before VS to/from Hong Kong!

Why do you doubt that VS have no service from LHR-BKK just because BA do ?. BA serve about 10 times more places than VS does, so that doesn't mean VS fly to them all just because BA do.
VS are not even planning to operate the LHR-BKK route at any point in the future.

Hi. How you ?. Did you see that G-VSHY and G-VMEG both operated for the first time together the other day to JFK and EWR ?. Bit of a nightmare getting stands for them both at the moment at LHR. Only got 2 towbars too. One on the line and one in the hanger !!.
