That's John Travolta's 707, the picture was taken during his visit to JFK recently, the picture appears in this months issue of Airliners magazine. I think Qantas did fly into JFK a long time ago, then they stopped and replaced the service with an American Airlines code share, before resuming their own flights.

Qantas flew RTW service with Constellations, 707s and 747s (barely). As well as the above route (SYD-NAN-HNL-SFO-JFK-LHR and on to Sydney via the Kangaroo route which included stops in cities like Geneva, Belgrade, Karachi et al), they also flew to London via Nadi, Acapulco, Mexico City, Nassau and Bermuda (then on to Sydney via the Kangaroo route again). What an airline. Mexico City to London on a Qantas 707 via Nassau and Bermuda? Now THAT'S exotic.
fly Saha Air 707s daily from Tehran's downtown Mehrabad to Mashhad, Kish Island and Ahwaz
