Well, it appears to be a Boeing 767-300 flight from Los Angeles, CA to Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, operated by Lan Chile. By the flight number being in the 7000's range, I would guess it's a charter flight.

Thanks a lot pricker... err stricker... I knew that. Just trying to figure out why it would be flying LAX-Regina? That many people from Chile live in Regina? News to me. Or could it be a fuel stop? Well, he could have picked another place other than Regina. Or could it be conference with the prez?
