US Airports With NO Regional Airline Service

Ok, we've had threads re: small airports with big jets/ big airport with small jets, etc.

What about ANY US commercial airport with no regional airline service at all....

Let me start with the only one I am 99% sure of please correct me if I am wrong)

I think Mesa Air (America West Express) flies some of the PHX-BUR flights, but I may be wrong.

I've seen a TON of Delta Connection RJ's at san antonio, and skywest has a few AUS-SLC flights.

LIH, KOA, and ITO. They have US Mainland Service and service on Aloha and Hawaiian.

Sanford just got (or is just about to receive) Boston-Maine Airways Jetstreams. I believe initial service is to Naples....

I think that they might have went bankrupt. There is a new carrier but I forget the name of them. I think they serve West Maui and OGG, I am not sure though.

Winston Salem airport has no service at all not since CC Air/USAir pulled out over 3 years ago.
