Has anyone heard of Lequios airlines. I tried to do a search but everything is in Japanese

I met someone today who was an ex ansett pilot and is starting work with them

Lequios Airlines established by a group of local Japanese investors in 1997. Hopes were to commence a Tokyo to Okinawa service with a B767-300ER September 2002. A second B767 was due six months later to commence International operations. I understand they may commence flying December 2002 but still not confirmed.
