First JetBlue, now Spirit airlines announces more Las Vegas flights as a result of a huge void left in the LAS market by National Airlines shutting down. Any guesses for new routes to LAS? JetBlue IAD-LAS will happen eventually IMO. Here is the press release.

This must to be great news for Spirit Airlines were made added new flight out of Chicago-O'Hare to Las Vegas flight, too. I know that was after National Airlines were shutdown of the this weeks. I'm going to missed them for N7 with the B757-200 aircraft. Way to go, Spirit Airlines!! GO SPIRIT GO!!!!!

That's going to be an interesting start up on the 19th...Things will be BUSY as Spirit's new staff tries to get familiar with policy and procedure while handling the busy holiday travel season. Will they be hiring ex-National staff or contracting the station out?
