Which Airlines Offer The Cheapest F/C Fares

I'm interested in knowing which airlines in the world usually offer the cheapest fares for F and/or C classes of service. My preference is usually with Asian carriers but I'm open to any other carrier as long as the price is the lowest. Thanks for helping me out with this!

It depends on the route:

SQ offers a one way J class fare from LAX-TPE for about $1100.


SQ offers a one way J class JFK-FRA for $2500.
