The last 2 days I have seen while driving a DC-9 flying low from St. Pete FL to Brooksville and land @ Brooksville. This has happened both days around 1:00pm in the afternoon. Does anybody here know why? Thanks

Why bother posting to just make fun of him TNNH? He asked a legitimate question and I'm sure your semantics aren't always pefect.

Southeast is strickly charter. Any particular reason that Brooksville could be special? Mx?

As far as the earlier comment. I think it is time that someone starts cracking down on the children here that can't seem act mature with other adults that have a similar interest. Could it be they lost their silver spoon or just don't know what it is like to be just another 0 or 1 on the net. The beauty of the internet, you have to earn respect over time -- however it takes just a few key strokes to lose it all completely.

wasn't meant as an insult. calm down people

PS: "semantics" is the study of language - which has no relevance in this discussion.

UPS Pilot,

They could be doing some pilot training or maintenance test hops with the aircraft. Don't know for sure - just proffering another possibility to the fray....

TNNH, by providing this group with the textbook definition of "semantics" you are splitting hairs with the word. In the purest sense, "a question of semantics" would be defined as "a difference of perspective", wouldn't you agree?

I thought Southeast had scheduled ops as well. From ABE-1 or 2 florida airports and from EWR to 1 or 2 airports

They have ABE-PIE/SFB/FLL, SWF-EWR-FLL, GPT-PIE, and EWR-PIE scheduled.
