Does it have one?

I have to say that I really regret there being no more flights to Belfast (or at all!!!) as I would gladly pay BA prices rather than having to trapse across the Midlands to get to a low-cost airport or Manchester. Is there any activity at all there now? And is there ever likely to be?

Support Airliners.net - become a First Class Member!

There won't be any more scheduled services there...various bits of equipment have been taken away. It's only future is a GA/FBO one (though there's nothing wrong with that)

KLM uk [or was it still good ole Air UK at the time...?] used to have three daily F50 rotations to/from AMS.
Any chance it will ever return?

I suspect the Saturday BA Jersey charters will be back for the summer months though sadly, I do not think Sheffield will be getting any new carriers in the new future.

Regards Adrian.

Its a shame really as Sheffield is a big city - a longer runway would have helped though as may have attracted a LCC and then who knows what might have happened.....

No officer, its NOT a surface to air missile its a camera..for taking photographs.
