Here is the official website for Aero India 2003 to be held in Bangalore, India.
I think this will be an important show for Airbus, Boeing and other makers of regional aircraft especially with Air India expected to purchase new aircraft soon and the fast growing Indian aviation industry and the recent order for regional aircraft from Jet Airways and Indian airlines shows India is growing and all needs of aircraft in all markets from short routes to long routes.
Last time this event was held in Bangalore is 2001 there was not Airbus or Boeing aircraft on display but I think the sanctions for testing nuclear weapons lead to that. This should be a good show in India's "Silicon Valley" Bangalore! This city sure is great!

Umm... AeroIndia is a Defence Ministry event and has virtually nothing to do with civil aviation whatsoever. Why would any of the parties you mentioned such as Boeing, Airbus, Air India etc... be concerned about it?
