How do I find Registration Numbers of Aircraft I flew on with AA. Someone had to tell me the ship number I flew from DFW-SAT, but how did they figure that out. Is there a website, or what?

Try the Bureau of Transporation Statistics http://www.bta.gov

It will give you the N-number, not the ship number. Then you can go search for that aircraft in the a.net photo database and you should be able to tell what ship number it is (usually written in the comments section of the picture or on the nosegear door if it's visible)

Last year 1,944 New Yorkers saw something and said something.

Actually, the BTS website uses the ship number for AA flights. The format for AA is "N-fleet#-AA".

In addition, the BTS website is posted inaccurate above-- it is http://www.bts.gov/.

Though, if you already have the AA fleet number you can go to Bill Harm's website and find the ship and reg. numbers.

Can someone give me a direct link. I tried www.bts.gov, but could not find the correct link to find registrations for a certain day.

How do I find the Regs for an International flight? I'm dying to find out what Ryanair planes I took in 2001! Anyone know?

Anyone know where to get that kind of data for international flights and those on non-major airlines in the US?
