Hello!

I´m from Germany and planning a trip to California, Hawaii or Florida in order to start a full-time flight training. Starting with PPL up to the Commercial. Has anyone of you made experience or has a recommendation?
Any information is appreciated. Thx in advance.

I went to FlightSafety at Vero Beach,Florida.Very good, indeed but a bit on the expensive side.
Another good school specializing in European students is North American Institute of Aviation at Conway,South Carolina. They provide you with a JAA FCL which will avoid having to convert U.S. licences when you return to Europe.
Good luck!

This is not a good board to get flight trainning info. Ask your question on www.flightinfo.com, that is a pilot board.

Hi Condor-If you would be near to Daytona Beach, there is a flight school in New Smyrna Beach(just south of Daytona) called Epic Aviation. My son is a flight instructor there. Let me know if I can be of help to you.

I would like to second that recommendation for FlightSafety in Vero Beach. Top notch school, kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. I left FSI to do CFI at a cheaper place and boy did i regret that. FSI is well-respected in the aviation community and has a bunch of swiss and german students as well.
FSI gets my vote.
