Why Did These Runway Designations Change At Msp?

The two parallel runways at MSP are 12L/30R and 12R/30L. There's a photo on here from 1994 that shows them as being 11L/29R and 11R/29L. Why the change?

Orientation of runways are to the magnetic north pole rather than to the geographical north pole. The magnetic north pole is not stationary, therefore as it "moves", runway designations may need to be changed.

The reason why is because the heading of the old 29L,29R,11L,11R was say 295 and 115 dirgrees. useally you round 5 up. so they did that to 300 dirgrees and 120 dirgrees.
