This is a new and interesting looking film that is slated to be released next month. The film starring Leonardo Di Caprio, Tom Hanks in this Steven Spielberg film profiles the many identies of Frank Abangale and his antics in the mid to late 60s. The real Abangale passed himself off as a lawyer, doctor and airline pilot. The airline pilot portion is what might be of the real interest to most of us here.
What few (non-audio) clips that I saw were on CNBC as they were covering a story of identity theft and Abangale was briefly profiled. Judging by the uniform (in particular the famous white PA clipper hat) that he was wearing he passed himself off as a Pan Am pilot. Some of the sequences has him (in full PA regalia) speaking to what appeared to be a TWA ticketing agent as well as walking through TWA's famous JFK terminal again in his PA uniform. Upon seeing this I am wondering to myself did Speilberg screw up and confuse PA with TW......I guess we will have to wait and see in Dec. I am hoping to see some non-stock footage vintage PA 707s myself
Regardless of any 'flubs' it looks to be an interesting flick.

Abangale flew all over the globe posing as a PA pilot and flew on TW many times (as it would not be wise for him to have attempted to fly PA - too many chances to get caught). So it would seem that Spielberg got it right....
