It's a simple question and here it goes....On the DL 738's do the TV moniters drop down from above the seats or are they down the center above the aisle? I think AA 738's are down the middle of the aisle like the 757's? Thanx in advance

In first class I am almost positive they are above the seats. I believe this is the same for coach, but I could be wrong.

I just flew a new Delta 738 last week (SLC_SJC) and just like the newer 319's and '20's their flat-panel screens pop out under the overhead storage bins above the seats in both first and coach. Don't know about AA's, though!

Regards,
TR

I've flown 738's on American and Continental, and the screens drop down over the seats about every 5th row. It's possible that the configuration is optional, but it's the only method I've seen.

I don't know when you guys flew, but when I flew an AA 738 from BOS-SEA on September last year, the only TVs were the standard drop-down crap from the ceiling of the ASILES. (Like you find on many other planes.) Maybe they have changed since then. Hope this helps.
