Hi everybody,

last weekend I drove by Hanover´s Langenhagen airport, home to TUI airline Hapag-Lloyd.

I noticed a plane which seemed to be parked at a rather remote position, in front of a hangar, I believe. It appeared to be all white, with only the new TUI logo in red adorning the tail. I´m sorry I can´t give you details because I could only see it from the distance while driving on the autobahn, plus it was dark, raining and I was driving fast, so I couldn´t really shift my attention to the airport.

Do you have more information on this a/c, why it was nearly completely white and why it was there?

Thanks,

Daniel Smile

Hi Daniel,

do you mean this plane? I noticed it during I was browsing through the a.net database yesterday. The caption say that it is an ex LH and ex KQ aircraft.

Ya, could be - the HF-lettering on the body might have easily escaped my attention.
Thanks.

P.S.: I flew on this plane once, when she was still with LH - just don´t remember when or where...

I should add that Delta Charlie was originally delivered to Condor:
