Tons of airlines presently have 330/772 fleets for the same passenger reasons they have 76[3,4]/772 fleets with the added advantage of more cargo.
Heh if the US can whine about the loans to Airbus, certainly Airbus can whine about our using political pressure. We have a lot more of it than they do.

Heh not really... I cheer for competition... what makes Airbus strong makes Boeing stronger, and vice versa.
