What was McDonnell Douglas' slogan? I need it for a report for school on the history of the Douglas company. Please help, I've looked all over the internet and still cannot find it.

Thanks Much,
Daniel

Back in the early days (like DC-3 and earlier), Douglas used the slogan "First Around the World" a lot, refering to the first round the world flights flown in Douglas World Cruisers (and the reason for the old three planes circling the globe logo, with a fourth rocket-like plane shooting skyward). Later on I see "Twice as many people fly Douglas as all other airplanes combined" on a lot of adds, but remember that this was in the days of the DC-7.
