Do you have to be German to book them???

Can the flights originate in any city???

1) No you don't have to be a German national.

2)Flights must include Frankfurt Hahn or Cologne. So yes they can be from any city but can't be (for instance) London Stansted - Brussels Charleroi.

There will be a charge of 5,- EUR in case of paying with a credit card. No further fees...!

Like Frankm said : the only fee for booking online is a 5 EUR credit card fee, but as far as I know, there's no other way than credit card when you book online !

You can book lot's of persons in one time on FR, so you can divide the fee if you book in one time.
