Gloster:Just search for VG Airlines/Delsey Airlines on this forum, or go and visit their website.
In brief, this company was founded some year ago by Freddy Van Gaever, some sort of airline tycoon, but the company didn't make a good start and had all sorts of troubles, such as obtaining their AOC and being inserted in all sorts of reservation and booking systems. In May 2002, they finally started operations to North-America, but load factors were pretty low.
Tony Gram and Freddy Van Dijck 'bought' the company sort of speak but it didn't help, so the company went bankrupt early november. Well, it was put into administration. At this moment, L-Air is trying to take over some of Delsey Airlines' activities (VG Airlines changed its name after it was taken over by Gram), but it will only use a couple of A340's instead of A330's. So normally the aircraft won't return to Belgium, at least not in the nearby future...
Just a short and brief description of VG Airlines/Delsey Airlines. To read more, search this forum or so...
