With the new FAA restrictions regarding horizontal stabilizer fuel tanks on the 744, are really long 744 flights still flying nonstop such as ORD-HKG, ATL-JNB/CPT, LAX-SYD, or LAX-MEL?

Hi,

Currently, UAL flies from ORD to HKG, as well as from LAX to SYD nonstop. They used to fly LAX-MEL as well but that is no longer the case.

Also Qantas flies LAX-MEL as well as LAX-SYD.

Not sure about the horizontal stabilizer.

Cheers.
