This is an amazing airline! Who'd have though little China Southern would be the one to pioneer 777 flights across the pacific? Good stuff, I'd love to see them expand their N. American and Euro-service. Seems most of those goods will go to CA however.

One more 777 on the way and some A330's !!. Not to mention 2 747-400F's. I don't expect many replies to this topic as most people on this forum are not interested in anything from China.

At least they can show some of the other airlines how to do things.

Speak for yourself Hkgspotter1. I have some strong ties with Delta and I'm happy with their codeshare's strong performance. However Delta and Skyteam are still doing terribly bad in the Asian market, and Korean Air is a member!

One thing I don't like about China Southern is that you have to connect in Guangzouh(sp?). But the 777 ride from LAX can make up for it. But all in all, I wish Skyteam got Cathay Pacific.

But even though Skyteam does terrible in the Pacific Market, it is one of the best in the Atlantic market.
