With a corporate-shuttle like layout for 40 passengers, what would the max range of the 727-200 be with all the performance enhancing features, such as a re-engine to a Super 27, as well as the quiet wing and winglets?

Would Los Angeles-Europe, as well as Los Angeles-Tokyo be out of the question without a tech stop?

Thanks,
