What is the largest aircraft that is capable of operating out of London City?

Would a very lightly loaded (ie: 30 pax) 737-700 be able to takeoff/land at LCY on flights to a close destination, such as Dublin or Keflavic? Furthermore, would the 737 even be able to park on the tarmac?

As far as I know the Bae-146 or RJ100 is the largest plane that operates into LCY!
