Is this the same Citation jet which which was carrying representatives of the Swiss Parliament when it suddenly went into an autopilot-induced dive for no apparent reason on 2 December?

There's an investigation into that incident underway, I understand.

Yes Backfire, the legend of the pic says :

The brand new Swiss Government aircraft. Has suffered a near crash incident on December 2.2002 after departing Altenrhein airport, eastern Switzerland with one of Swiss Confederation's head on board, but landed safely back to Altenrhein.

As I heard, they suspect a failure in the Autopilot for the problem. The official incident notification report or the Swiss Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau states the following:

During climb to FL90, the flight was recleared to FL 100.
When entering the new command in the FGC, the aircraft
made an abrupt nose down movement and was difficult to
recover. In spite of pushing the A/P- and Trimmdisconnect,
the Pitch trim wheel was still turning NOSE
DOWN. After recovery, the aircraft was landed in LSZR.

Well, I only have seen the "blick" title of this incident. Was it really that dangerous at all?

Steph: The aircraft has been grounded after this problem. I don't think it's back in the air yet.
