An airprox has been filled against Santa, who was performing a test flight earlier today with his new sleight. Apparently, he entered an airway without clearance or transponder.

We are afraid his CSPL (Commercial Sleight Pilot License) will be removed.

A picture of this regrettable incident has been taken by a A.net photographer with a very good lens (Granite? Wink/being sarcastic)

Merry Christmas
