EVA Airways' current 3x weekly scheduled Charter flights to Sapporo in Hokkaido, Japan is expected to be a regular schedule flight.

This is a quote from Taiwan's representative to Japan, who says that EVA Air is expected to add Sapporo as a regular scheduled destination in January 2003.

Besides the scheduled flights, there are 700 charter flights flown between Japan and Taiwan. Additional 100 has requested to Japanese Government, which is very happy with the request.
