What Was The Name Of 9H-ACM?

I do remember having flown on Avroliner 9H-ACM several times but its name escapes me. The picture below does show the coat of arms fairly well but I don't recognize it and comparing it against the 68 local councils, having to open a new page each time, is rather tedious.
Does anyone remember what locality Charlie Mike was named after?

My guess, according to http://www.searchmalta.com/local_councils/ is Luqa.

Thanks for the help BBADXB, it's Luqa allright - there can be no doubt about it.
My problem was that I was looking at www.gov.mt and its local council listing which only shows the coat of arms when you open the individual page for each local council. Well, you found a better and faster way  Big thumbs up
