Looks like Delta had an equipment substitution today on flight 2056 MSY-ATL. The normal equipment is a 763. Today it's being operated with an MD11, N807DE:
I'm trying to recall the last time I saw an MD-11 here. Probably a World Airways charter. LTU ran one in here years ago. Definitely haven't seen one of DL's here in my 15+ years.

Oh, yes!!! Zee camera stays in my desk at the office, so I was able to get a number of shots of it. Only thing is, I did the photo processing thing yesterday on our Christmas pics and the Mavs 757 (too bad they won last night), so it'll be a few more days before I venture back out to Lakeside Mall.

That's something I'd love to see... havent seen a non-763 widebody in MSY since 1999
If this site rejects them, could you email a few to me please? Also, I have some interesting pics (Casino Express, Lan Chile, Lufthansa, PlanetAir all @ MSY) that didnt have the pixel quality to make it on this site, but that I wouldnt mind trading in return... if you're interested. Thanks!
