Hello!

I heard a while ago that LOT Polish Airlines leased during the 1999-2000 Winter Season one of it's long-range Boeing B767-35DERs (SP-LPA) to Air New Zealand. I would like to know, however, if the plane is back with LOT and what was the time (dates) of the transaction. If anyone has more information on that or knows where I could find it out, please let me know!

Thanx in advance,
Thomas Szymanski

In the past, LOT has leased an ANZ 762 numerous times. I assume both airlines have some type of reciprocal agreement.

That would be possible or perhaps they are just being friendly! LOT was/is also leasing a Boeing B737 (ex-Winair) from ANZ.

I saw this LOT 767 still flying for NZ and still in NZ colours at Christchurch airport on 29 February.
