I did found it out with the charter flight on the NWA by flt#9797 from IAD-MCO flight and so here it is with flight tracker!!

yeah its a charter, probably a sport team or maybe vacation charter. Typically the sports teams use NWA 727's

Wouldn't the Wizards be Washington State and IAD be Washington DC. So the B-ball game has nothign to due with it. Maybe a big Alumi club of Penn State fans chartered it for the Capital One Bowl in Orlando.
