Just putting out a notice for the first gathering of the new year. I was thinking that we could get up to that old spot we used to use there near rwy23 if rwy23 is active sunday. I know that Marc (the new guy) and Myself are scheduled to be there, i am going to try for 2pm.
Anyone is welcome and new comers are also encouraged to email me for more info.

Ok, So with this snow it sould make for an interesting back drop for the mostly white AC fleet, and the growing SSV mostly white fleet. Nuno, saying that I'm from the Yukon is like telling Neil he's from YUL, not gonna happen. I'm in the Northwest Territories...I would of expected better from you.
Anyways, no, I'm flying the redeye back on Monday night, arriving first thing Tuesday morning into YYZ.
Besides, Im quite content spotting the twins on skis, the beat up First Air 732's and the DC-3's up here. (yeah right..)

I leave in the later evening from here (YZF) on a 732 on First Air, arriving into YEG sometime around 9. From there its onto AC159 at 0:01 to YYZ arriving at 6:03.
As for the type of 732, its hard to say. It always depends on where the plane is arriving from. For example, if arriving from Edmonton, it would be all pax. Arriving from anywhere else (maybe other than Inuvik) it's usually combi, the further north its comming from, the less seats it has in it. Lately, C-GNWN has been configured into all pax (and completely falling apart) where as C-GNDC has been combi for sometime, I'm unaware of C-FNVT right now.
I'll check where its arriving from, then let you know what specific type it is. (if you're so interested)
