"Multiple Kill Vehicle" - Lockheed Martin?

I'm very unsure if this topic belongs in the Non-Aviation forum or here in Military Aviation & Space, so moderators please move if it's the case.

Anyone knows what this is, or what is going to be used to? There are other videoes of it at YouTube with Loockheed Martins name on it.. Do they have anything to do with this?

In any case, it's really cool to look at!

It's a ballistic missile interceptor, not an anti-personnel weapon.
