Portugal Is About To Cancel Eurocopter Order!

Hi!

A few years ago Portugal ordered for the Portuguese Army 9 Europter EC635's. What it's known now is that Eurocopter failled until know to get this version homologated to military use. I know that some of these EC635's are already in OGMA Alverca but for any reason they can't fly yet due to this lack of homologation. Today Portugal defense minister will give final details about this and one of the options is the cancelation of the order. If that happens the other two competitors ( Westland and Sikorsky ) have good chances of win this order. Don't forget that these 9 helicopters will be the first of a big order to also replace the veteran Alouette III.
