Anybody ever heard of "Americans in Orbit - 50 years"?

They want to put two people in orbit in a "Gemini IR" boosted by a SpaceX Falcon 9.

I put a lot more stock in SpaceX' own Dragon vehicle reaching orbit with passengers first..

So how´s their funding like? I doubt that anyone private can get past Scaled experience and funding.
