A 250th Presidential Airlift Wing, Bell 412 with tail # RP-1946 has been reported missing after leaving Loakan, Baguio City for Benguet Province.

Did this chopper take-off from the Philippine Military Academy Camp, or from Loakan Airport, before disappearing?
