I wonder how this will bode to the future of using contractors, as for scabsI believe there is no active duty or reservist maintenance troops trained in the upkeep of T-38's,T-1's and T-6's to get the flight training schedule up in running. I believe those 3 types of acft have nothing but civilian contractors to maintain them. I believe active duty mx troops got out of the pilot training business about in the late 1980's.
