You could go to http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac - the T-37 is listed under "Trainers", and there are a few pictures of it.

Airliners.net photos section has lots of pictures of the tweet. Some in old paint schemes, others the current one. Also pictures of the A-37 a variant of the T-37. A few of the T-37s I found pictures of are ones that I flew.
