Recognizing that the Typhoon was designed to be a very good multi-role fighter, has there been any indication a dedicated reconnaissance model is being sought? Which Air Force would have the greatest need for the recon' model?

I recall some rather vague plans for a twin-seat version which would be used in both the recce and SEAD role, replacing the Tornado ECR and recce variants of the IDS in Germany, possibly also in Italy.
However, at least in the recce, maritime combat and SEAD roles, about 85 German Tornados will soldier on beyond 2020, so the need for a replacement is not immediate.
Further, it seems that the importance of the British Tornado GR.4A subfleet is decreasing, they are now principally using the RAPTOR pod which can be carried by the normal GR.4. This might be introduced to the Eurofighter in the future.
No clue as to what kind of reqirements Spain might have.

So much for the four EF consortium nations, hope that helps a bit.

Exceptions confirm the rule.

There are no such plans.

In the short term, the LDP and Rover offer a robust NTISR capability, and in future, other pods and AESA will obviate the need for a dedicated version.
